Chat stories that read like a real conversation
This text message video maker turns a one-line scenario into a complete chat-story script, writing each message in turn for the characters you name. Choose the platform style and whether it is a private or group chat, then take the script straight into a vertical video.
How it works
- 1
Describe the scenario
One line or a detailed brief, up to 2,000 characters — the setup, the tension, the ending.
- 2
Name the characters
One to ten participants, in a private chat or a group thread.
- 3
Generate the script
Up to 60 messages of dialogue, written in the chosen platform’s register.
What you can make
Short-form storytellers
Chat stories are one of the most watched formats on Reels and TikTok. The script is the slow part; this removes it.
Brand and product teams
Dramatise a real support conversation or a customer objection instead of describing it in a caption.
Educators and trainers
Write dialogue that models a difficult conversation — a negotiation, a boundary, a scam attempt to recognise.
Scriptwriters
Generate a first pass to react to. Rewriting dialogue is faster than starting from an empty page.

Tips for better results
- Put the ending in the brief. Chat stories live or die on the last three messages, and a scenario that only describes the setup tends to trail off.
- Fewer messages usually beats more. Twenty tight messages hold attention through a vertical video; sixty rarely do.
- Give the characters real names and a relationship. "Rina and her landlord" produces sharper dialogue than "Person A and Person B".
- Match the platform to the relationship. A group chat reads as friends or family; an X DM reads as strangers. The register changes with it.
Frequently asked questions
What does it actually produce?
A written dialogue script — each message, in order, attributed to the character who sends it. You then turn that into a video or a mockup.
How many messages can it write?
Up to 60 in a single script, across as many as ten named participants.
Can I use this to fake a real conversation?
It is built for fiction, marketing and teaching — clearly-labelled stories, not passing anything off as a genuine exchange. Presenting generated dialogue as a real conversation is likely to breach the platform rules you post it on, and in many places the law as well.
Is it free?
No — generating spends AI credits from your Publiz account, and credits are bought as a pack — new accounts start with none. AI tools need a paid plan.
Can I edit the script?
Yes — it is plain structured text, meant as a first draft you rewrite.
