Publiz supports TikTok, Pinterest, 2 platforms in total. You can connect one account per platform in each workspace.

Your account automatically moves to the Free plan. Your existing scheduled posts will still publish, and workspaces beyond the Free plan's limits become read-only. If your media storage exceeds the Free plan quota, a 30-day grace period applies. You can upgrade at any time.

New users receive a free trial with full access to the paid-plan publishing features. No credit card required. It does not include AI credits. AI tools need a paid plan and credits bought as a pack. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial. If you don't upgrade, your account automatically moves to the Free plan when the trial ends.

Yes. Every paid plan now includes a monthly allowance of AI Credits: Creator 500, Pro 2,000, and Agency 6,000. The Free plan includes none, and the trial does not include any either. The allowance starts when a paid subscription becomes active. The allowance resets at the start of each cycle and does not roll over: whatever is left of this month's allowance is replaced by a fresh one rather than added to it. If you subscribe yearly you still receive the allowance monthly, not twelve months of credits up front. Credit packs you buy are separate and are treated differently. Your monthly allowance is spent first, so a pack is only drawn on once the allowance runs out, and a pack keeps its own much longer validity window instead of expiring with the month. Changing plan never touches your purchased credits: upgrading mid-cycle adds the difference between the two allowances, and downgrading caps the allowance at the new plan's figure. Cancelling keeps the allowance for the period you already paid for. The exact allowance for each plan is shown on the pricing page, and the app always shows what an operation costs before you run it.

AI Credits are a single, transparent meter for every AI feature in Publiz. AI tools need a paid plan, and every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of credits that resets each cycle without rolling over (see "Do paid plans include AI credits every month?"). You can also buy credits as a pack. The monthly allowance is spent first, and each AI run (idea generation, content enhance, image generation, and so on) deducts credits when it runs successfully. What a balance is worth depends entirely on what you spend it on, and the units differ per operation: images and ideas are charged per item, text per run, but audio and video are charged per second, so a pack card saying "10 videos" means ten clips at the default short length, and longer clips cost proportionally more. Because of that, treat any "N videos" figure as a count at that stated duration, not a promise of ten finished videos of any length. Exact prices are tuned in the app rather than published here, and the app always shows the precise credit cost before you run anything, and that quote is the number to trust. Purchased credits have a configured expiry window with a grace period and advance notifications, so you have time to use or top up before anything is locked. Your monthly plan allowance is unaffected by that and simply resets. If you'd rather not spend credits at all, configure BYOK for that operation (see the BYOK question above). Operations that run on your own provider don't consume Publiz AI Credits.

Voucher codes grant AI credits. We (and partners running campaigns or events) issue codes that paid-plan users can redeem from Dashboard → Settings → Vouchers. Each code can be redeemed once per account: some codes are first-come-first-served until a participant cap is reached, others are invite-only and only the listed email addresses can redeem them, and codes can have an expiry date. A paid plan is required because vouchers grant AI credits, and AI features in Publiz are gated behind paid plans, so free-tier users will see an upgrade prompt on the redemption screen.

Per workspace. Each workspace can connect every supported platform. Publiz pricing is based on the number of workspaces and team members on your plan, not how many social accounts you connect inside them. If you manage one brand, one workspace is enough. If you manage several brands, add more workspaces or upgrade. Your bill grows with workspaces, not with channels.

Each brand typically maps to its own workspace, so accounts, drafts, ideas, and team access stay cleanly separated. Add extra workspaces via your plan tier or the Extra Workspace add-on. There is no per-channel fee inside a workspace, so the cost of running ten brands is determined by the workspaces and seats you need, not by how many social accounts those brands have.

We accept major credit cards. Payments are processed through our payment provider, which handles tax and VAT globally.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of your billing period, and a new cycle starts from the upgrade date.

You keep your current plan until the end of your billing period. At the next cycle, your plan switches to the lower tier. You can cancel the pending downgrade anytime before the period ends.

Cancel anytime from Dashboard, Settings, Billing & Plan. Your subscription stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Existing scheduled posts continue to publish, and workspaces beyond the Free plan's limits become read-only. If your media storage exceeds the Free plan quota, a 30-day grace period applies.

Go to Dashboard, Settings, Billing & Plan and click "Manage Payment" to open the payment portal where you can update your card and manage your subscription.

Receipts are automatically generated after each payment. Download them from the Transaction History dialog on the Billing page.

Both scheduled posts and publish-now posts count toward your monthly post quota. The difference is timing: scheduled posts are queued to publish at a future date/time, while publish-now sends immediately. Each plan also has a separate limit on how many posts can be in scheduled status at the same time. For example, the Free plan allows up to 20 posts/month and up to 20 scheduled posts at once.

AI runs on AI Credits, not on a separate subscription. AI tools are available on paid plans, and every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of credits (Creator 500, Pro 2,000, Agency 6,000) which resets each cycle and does not roll over. The Free plan and the trial include none. You can buy more as a pack at any time. The monthly allowance is spent first, and purchased credits keep their own longer validity. Each run deducts what it costs, and the app shows that cost before you run it. Alternatively you can switch text operations to BYOK by connecting your own provider key, and those will not spend Publiz credits; media generation always uses credits.

Bring Your Own Key lets you connect your own API key for supported AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Kimi Code, Z AI, Sumopod, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. It applies to text operations only — ideas, posts, and enhancement — while images, video, voice and document OCR always run on Publiz's providers and spend AI Credits. In BYOK mode those text generations are unlimited and carry no additional subscription cost. Available on all paid plans as an alternative to spending Publiz AI Credits on text.

The media library is available on paid plans only. Storage is persistent, cloud-based, and shared per-user across all your workspaces: Creator includes 2 GB, Pro includes 15 GB, and Agency includes 75 GB. Additional storage can be purchased as an add-on. The Free plan does not include media library access.

Each workspace supports all 2 platforms (TikTok, Pinterest), but each platform can only be connected once per workspace. To connect the same platform with a different account, switch to a different workspace or disconnect the current account first. Team members can be invited on plans that support it. The number of workspaces and team members depends on your plan tier.

Yes, analytics are available on paid plans with varying data retention periods. Not available on the Free plan. Scope: analytics cover posts published through Publiz. We read each post's metrics back from the platform it went out on. Posts you created directly in the native app are not tracked, because Publiz has no record of them.

Yes. Paid plans include API key access and webhook integrations. The number of API keys and webhooks scales with your plan tier. Official SDKs will be provided for Go, Dart, and TypeScript.

Drafts let you save posts in progress before scheduling or publishing. Ideas help you brainstorm content. You can create them manually or generate them with AI, which needs a paid plan and spends AI credits (or your own key in BYOK mode). The number of drafts and ideas available depends on your plan. For example, the Free plan includes 10 drafts and no ideas, while paid plans offer more. Agency includes unlimited drafts and ideas.

Publiz supports text posts, image posts, video posts, carousels, and platform-specific formats like Instagram Reels and Stories. You can customize content and media separately for each platform within a single post, so the same post can have different text or images on each platform.

If publishing fails on some platforms but succeeds on others, the post is marked as partially failed. The system automatically retries failed platforms in the background. If all retries are exhausted, the post credit is refunded and you'll be notified.

Comment sync runs for any Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube post you publish through Publiz. We track the post automatically the moment it's published and start pulling comments on your plan's schedule. For posts you published directly on Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube (outside Publiz), use the 'Sync accounts' button to discover them. Comments on Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok are not yet available in Publiz. We'll enable them as soon as each platform's API approvals allow.

On any comment we've synced, you can reply, hide, or delete it directly from the Comments page. Replies, hides, and deletes are applied on the platform (Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube) and reflected back in Publiz. Bulk hide and bulk delete are available on Pro and Agency plans.

Reply templates are short canned responses (e.g. "Thanks for your support!") you can save once and reuse on any comment. Pick a template from the reply dialog to fill the box, edit if needed, and send. Templates live per workspace. Free plans don't include templates. Creator allows 5, Pro 15, and Agency 50.

Comment rules let Publiz automatically reply, hide, or delete incoming comments that match conditions you set (e.g. content contains "giveaway", author name starts with "@spam"). Rules evaluate on every new comment we sync. You can scope a rule to specific connected accounts or apply it across all of them. Auto-moderation is a paid feature: Free has no rules, Creator allows up to 3, Pro 10, and Agency 50.

Yes, with one guardrail. Rules are grouped into two categories: Reply (Reply with template, Reply with AI) and Visibility (Hide, Delete). At most one rule runs per category per comment, so we never double-reply or hide-then-delete the same comment. Within a category, the highest-priority matching rule wins (ties break by creation date). A comment that matches both categories will trigger one reply and one visibility action.

A Reply with AI rule writes a custom AI-generated reply for each matching comment, using the instructions you set on the rule (e.g. "thank them warmly and mention our weekend sale"). Each reply consumes AI credits from your workspace balance, typically 1–2 credits per reply depending on prompt and response length. You can view recent runs and any failures from the History button on each rule. If your workspace runs out of credits, AI replies are paused until you top up.

For Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube posts published through Publiz, new comments arrive via platform webhooks within seconds. For posts published outside Publiz, comments are fetched on a recurring schedule per your plan tier and whenever you click 'Sync accounts'. Each sync pass fetches up to about 250 comments per post. Very high-traffic posts may take a few sync passes to fully catch up.

No. When you delete a comment from Publiz, we call the platform's delete API immediately. Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube all treat deletion as permanent and offer no restore endpoint. If you only want to make a comment less visible, use Hide instead: hidden comments are kept on the platform and can be un-hidden any time.

Generator Tools turn ideas into ready-to-post visuals. Today you can generate a feature image for any idea (open an idea and run 'Generate image'), or craft standalone images by prompt, both with selectable quality tiers, AI-generated titles for cleaner library headlines, and the ability to favorite & lock images so important assets aren't accidentally cleaned up. More modalities like video and audio are on the roadmap and will plug into the same Generator Tools surface when ready.

Yes — for text operations. BYOK covers everything that writes: content ideas, post generation and regeneration, post and idea enhancement, ad and carousel copy, and the AI reply rules. Connect your own key and those runs go through your provider and spend no Publiz AI Credits. Media generation does not use BYOK. Images, video, voice-over, voice cloning and document OCR always run on Publiz's own providers and spend AI Credits, because each media model needs its own request format and its own pricing — a key alone is not enough to run them correctly. Supported providers are OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Kimi Code, Z AI, Sumopod, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Manage yours from Settings → AI Providers.

Go to Settings, then Accounts, and click Connect on Discord. Discord itself will ask which server and which channel you want Publiz to post to, so there is nothing to copy or paste on our side. Pick them, approve, and you are done. You need the Manage Webhooks permission in the server you choose. If you do not see your server in the list, ask a server admin to grant you that permission or to connect it for you. After connecting, the account is shown under the name of your Discord server. Click the channel link on that row to open the exact channel your posts will go to.

Publishing to Discord only needs a webhook, which is why connecting is quick and needs only the Manage Webhooks permission. Reading engagement back is different: Discord will not report reactions or replies to a webhook, so that requires adding the Publiz bot to your server. We keep these as two separate steps on purpose. Adding a bot requires the Manage Server permission, and if we bundled it into connecting, anyone without admin rights could not use Discord at all. To turn analytics on, open Settings, then Accounts, and click Enable analytics on your Discord row. If you skip it, everything else keeps working normally and you can come back to it at any time.

Publiz uses a grace zone system. When you approach your limit, you'll see a warning. Beyond the soft limit, you enter a grace zone where you can finish what you're working on, but new scheduling will be blocked until the next billing period or you upgrade.

You won't lose existing files. New uploads will be blocked until you free up space or purchase a storage add-on.

Existing scheduled posts continue to publish. Workspaces and content beyond your new plan's limits become read-only, so you can still view and export everything. For media library storage: if your files exceed the new plan's quota, you get a 30-day grace period to back up your files, upgrade, or purchase a storage add-on. After 30 days, if storage is still over quota, the oldest files are automatically removed until usage is within the new limit.

Go to your workspace settings under Billing to see a detailed breakdown of your current usage. You can track posts, drafts, ideas, scheduled posts, workspaces, team members, and media storage, all with progress bars showing how much of your plan's quota you've used.

Two different limits apply to scheduling, and they are easy to confuse. Queue depth is how many posts may sit in the scheduled state at once. Schedule horizon is how far into the future a publish time may be set: 30 days on Free, 90 on Creator, 180 on Pro and 365 on Agency. A post dated beyond your horizon is rejected when you save it, and the date picker in the composer stops at the limit as well. Slots return as posts publish, so the queue frees itself over time.

Each workspace gets its own allowance: none on Free, 1 on Creator, 3 on Pro and 5 on Agency. The limit is per workspace, not per account, so a second workspace comes with its own keys. Keys are counted when you create one. If you are already at your limit, create is refused until you revoke one, and the slot returns immediately when you do. Downgrading never deletes keys: if you drop from Pro to Creator with three keys live, all three keep working and keep authenticating, you simply cannot create a fourth until you are back under the Creator limit.

The allowance matches API keys exactly, and is also per workspace: none on Free, 1 on Creator, 3 on Pro and 5 on Agency. One event feature may hold several endpoints at once, so posts can go to staging and to production, as long as the URLs differ. Downgrading never switches a webhook off: existing endpoints stay active and keep receiving deliveries, only creating an additional one is refused. Delete a webhook to free the slot.

Every paid plan gets the same REST API and the same SDKs. What differs is which scopes a key may hold. Basic (Creator) covers Posts, Ideas, Media and Webhooks, which is everything you need to automate publishing. Advanced (Pro) adds Accounts and Members, the surfaces that only start to matter once you work as a team. Full (Agency) adds AI, which spends AI credits on every call. A plan cannot create or edit a key holding a scope above its level, and a key that held one before a downgrade is refused on those endpoints while continuing to work on every other one.

Discord reports much less than Instagram or TikTok, and that is a limit of the platform rather than something we can work around. Available once the Publiz bot is added to your server: the number of reactions on your posts, the replies people leave, and your server member count, which we show in place of followers. Not available at all: views, impressions, reach, and link clicks. Discord simply does not count these for normal channel messages, for anyone, including Discord's own tools. Where a metric does not exist we leave it blank rather than showing a zero, because a zero would look like a real measurement of no engagement.

A Discord message holds up to 2000 characters. Longer text is trimmed to fit rather than failing the post. You can attach up to 10 files to one message, and each file can be up to 20 MB. Boosted servers allow larger files. If a file is too big to upload, we still publish the post and include the file as a link instead. We upload your media to Discord rather than linking to it, so your posts keep working even if you later delete the file from your Publiz library. One Discord channel can be connected per workspace on the standard limit. To post to several channels at once, upgrade to a plan with a higher account limit. To move to a different channel, disconnect Discord and connect it again, then pick the new channel on Discord's screen.

To request deletion of your Publiz account and associated data: 1. Log in to Publiz at https://publiz.app 2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account 3. Confirm deletion Alternatively, email [email protected] with subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will verify and process the request within 7 days. For data connected via Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads), you can also revoke Publiz's access from your Meta account settings: Settings → Apps and Websites → Publiz → Remove.

Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. You'll receive an email with a reset link.

We use industry-standard authentication, role-based access control, rate limiting, and encrypted token storage. All social platform integrations use official APIs provided by each platform, ensuring secure and trusted connections. Platform tokens are securely managed and automatically refreshed.

Add-ons are available for paid plan users: extra workspaces, extra team members, and extra storage at multiple tiers. AI is not an add-on. Every paid plan already includes a monthly AI credit allowance, and you can buy more as a credit pack, bought separately. Add-on pricing details are available on the Billing page after signing in.
